Hello I'm Jeffrey Newberry - Certified Master Inspector. I am a licensed home inspector in Arizona (#85337), and also hold the International Code Council B1 Certification. I've inspected homes from the wet Pacific Northwest to the high deserts. I built Newberry Inspections around a simple idea: your inspection should get the time it deserves. The standard of care in this industry is set by the calendar, and it should be set by the home. So I removed the calendar problem. One booking a day, every service in house, and my phone number in your contacts for as long as you own the property. I spent my early career in electronics engineering and eventually moved into the electrical field. After building my first home from the ground up, I decided to put that knowledge to good use and become a licensed home inspector, and the rest is history. After 10 years of inspecting homes, I moved on to being a full time commercial inspector, traveling the country inspecting larger buildings and commissioning new construction. During those few years I got to inspect very large distribution centers, lots of new restaurants, office buildings, schools, universities, military housing and auto shops. The most interesting was a Juvenile Detention Center!

That time of my career gave me valuable hands on nationwide commercial experience, but travel eventually made me miss being home in Arizona. I also missed helping homebuyers with some of the most important decisions of their lives. So Newberry Inspections was born. Now I apply my experience inspecting thousands of properties to give my clients the best inspection possible, because it truly matters. I serve clients in Sedona, the Verde Valley and Flagstaff.
